I just wrote a work for chorus (SATB) and found that the last page, since the music fit on one system, laid it out across the entire page. I changed the frame size to fix this on that one page, but I see it would happen in a similar situation with other scores for smaller groups of instruments or voices as shown below. Any way to change the default layout behavior rather than having to resize frames each time? I couldn’t find a definite answer anywhere. Thanks.
You’d probably get a quicker (simpler) result by changing the Layout options>Vertical Spacing>Vertical Justification settings…

To add on to @Janus’s answer, in Engrave mode you can see the fullness percentage of each frame in a box in the lower left of the frame. If you set the first value in the Vertical Justification settings to something smaller than the fullness of your two-system pages but larger than the fullness of your one-system page, then the last page won’t get justified.

Thanks. I thought I had had that set to 60% by default but now see it was not set as the default option, so that did fix it. Thanks.
