im installing cubase 6.5 on a new laptop ive just put the dongle in the new pc installed cubase 6 updated to 6.5 installed pad shop pro entered my pro/zero-g licence from the same username/ip addy and i cant get the upgrade because i keep getting licence already used !!! what do i do? read all the help files searched all the Q and A’s
