New Shuffle Mode: Selected Event / / / / / Why does resize shuffle all events?

Hi,
It could be useful in certain instances if resizing an event, shuffled only it to it’s original size start position if that makes sense. For some reason, as is, resizing one event shuffles all events thereafter.
