New Steinberg UR22C User - Garageband crashing

Hello!

I am trying to get started with my UR22C Recording Pack and am having an error with GB. I downloaded all the tools as well as Cubase but when it comes to launching GB, I get the following error message:

GarageBand unexpectedly quit while trying to use the Audio Unit “REV-X Room” by “Steinberg Media Technologies”.

This plug-in may require an update.

I am on a MacBook Pro running macOS Catalina 10.15.6. I am not sure what else to do at this point so any input/help would be greatly appreciated :slight_smile:

Hi and welcome on the forum,

I expect there is *.crash file:
Mac: macOS Console utility > User Reports folder or Crash Reports in macOS 10.15 (or ~user/Library/Logs/Diagnostic Reports).

I would make a Steinberg Support ticket and I would attach the *.crash file.

In the mean time, I would probably remove the plug-in.
