New synths in v 6,5

Hi
Just want to know if the new synths in v 6,5 ( Padshop and Retrologue) can be used with other vsti hosts than Cubase, or are they embedded in Cubase like the other virtual instruments that comes with cubase.

They need a VST3 compatible host…

I think it might even require VST 3.5 compatibility.

Is that right? we can use the new on-stock synths in every other vst 3 host?
I thought these are internal plugins of cubase?

They are working in Nuendo 5.5.
