I am setting up template, how do I set low and high note on midi track??

In this case you can use the Input Transformer on the track. These settings e.g. allow only the notes from C3 to C4 to reach the track:

“Pitch” is available as “Subtype” in the menu.

There are two types of input transformer. “Project” can be set up once and then activated on each track as required. “Track” allows to have individual settings for each track.
