New TOOLS for UR824, UR28M, UR44 and UR242 for Windows

Steinberg has released new updates of the TOOLS for UR824, UR28M, UR44 and UR242 for Windows.

All TOOLS have been updated with the previously released Yamaha Steinberg USB driver version 1.9.9.
