Hello Ed,
there is no crashreport. Cubase keeps running endless, but does not respond to mouse or keyboard anymore and the cursor shows the beachball.
I must use quit Cubase from the Dock icon.
Hello Ed,

I update to Cubase Pro 10.5.11 and made a fresh installation of Pro-Q and Arturia plugin.
SAME PROBLEM!
New Project, one instrument track, insert Arturia Plugin, insert two time Pro-Q as insert.
Open these trey plugins do some clicks and Cubase shows a spinning wheel.
I cannot reproduce it here. Could you provide the exact version numbers of the plug-ins in use to reproduce this? And could you provide one of those simple .cpr files you tested with?
Hello Ed,
here is a simple test project. It should open with 3 open plugin windows.
Load it and click on the keyboard of the Arturia Synclavier. It become unresponsive.
If you close both windows of the Pro-Q before you click it works.

Cubase Pro 10.5.11, Arturia Synclavier 2.51.3440 VST3, Fabfilter Pro-Q 3.11 VST3.
Thanks! However, I still cannot reproduce it here. Two things: first, my Synclavier is version 2.5.2.3457. Can you update and check again?
Second, do you have HiDPI enabled in the Cubase preferences (General)? Does it behave differently with that switched off?
I’m a Mac user. Can you please test it on OSX? I have no HiDPI option.
I updated to Synclavier 2.5.2.3457, no different.
Sorry, I did the test on Catalina.
And still no crash logs at all?
Could you send a macOS system report as a private message please?
I’ll try to find other systems to make some more tests.
Unfortunately I get no crash report. Cubase keeps spinning the beachball for ever but does not respond to mouse or keyboard.
I use force quit and get no crash report.
I think here have some guys the same problem.
Hello Ed,
I made an analysis of the crashed Cubase may be this helps you.

Unfortunately this problem is still current on Cubase Pro 10.5.12.
Can someone else test this problem please?
just open these very simple project and play a MIDI Note. The two plugins are available as demo version on Arturia.com and Fabfilter.com.
