Not sure where to post this question, but I’ll start here.
Using Cubase 9.5 Elements with Native Instruments VST’s - been monitoring with headphones via headphone jack on my PC. Works fine.
Want to use monitor via external speakers.
Using NI Audio 6 w/ USB cable supplied. Out ch 3&4 with 1/4" phone plugs to active monitors. Nothing. In Komplete Kontrol if I change “preferences” “Audio” from ASIO to Audio 6 it works. So far, so good.
Next, I fire up the Cubase program. No sound thru monitors.
Note: I can run out of the Audio out jack in the back of the PC with a 1/8" TRS mini plug to L&R 1/4" TS phone plugs into the monitors and it works, but that way I am not using the Audio 6 at all.
There must be something I need to configure in the Cubase program, but I can’t figure it out. Anyone here know how to do it?
