No access to Cubase server, all products are deactivated

I have Cubase 13 Pro installed , it was activated and I installed Cubase 14 trial . Now the trial period has passed and it is deactivated, but my Cubase 13 license too ! So, I tried to activate it again with the activation manager , but nothing happened. Then I logged out and tried to log in again, but now it fails even to login. I can´t login to my account anymore. Just nothing happens, if I click on “Login”. In fact now all my licences and activations of Steinberg products are gone and can´t be activated again. What´s going on here ?
I´m on Mac OS 10.15. The download and activation manager is the latest one.

I would recommend to get in touch with your local Steinberg support.
