No activation code

Hi all.

After buying elements 12 hours ago. I have still not received an activation code via email. I have contacted support but it might take a while to get a reply. So I thought I would ask on here.

Double check your spam folder, please.

As far as I know, you should also see it in your MySteinberg account.

Iā€™m thinking the best way forward will be a refund.
Bad customer service so far.
