Does anyone know if I can email or call Dorico for technical support?
Got multiple issues with Dorico crashing, not playing the audio or missing notes on playback.

Welcome to the forum, @kianakreative, and sorry to hear that you’re having problems with Dorico. Posting here is probably the most efficient way to get help.
Is this happening just one one project, or on all projects? Have you tried rebooting your computer?
The next time Dorico crashes, after you start it again, please do Help > Create Diagnostic Report, which will create a zip file on your desktop. Since you are new to the forum, you probably won’t yet be able to upload the file here, but you should be able to upload it to Dropbox or something similar and then post the link here.
There’s also this handy video, which may help to track down some audio problems.
But the diagnostic report would help the most.
