One of my biggest PIA’s is not being able to set an audio channel output for VSTi’s from the inspector - you have to open the channel settings panel and do it from there.
You can set an output from an audio track in the inspector, but not a VSTi’s.
There is an Output Selector panel (with a graphical bug in V10…!), but all it does is let you choose a VSTi’s internal output channel, not the audio channel you want to route it to.
This means sending VSTi’s to a group or any output other than your default main mix requires extra clicks - opening up the channel settings panel, and then choosing the output.
Would be nice if the Output Selector panel could be made a bit more useful.
