I’ve lost audio in my headphones. Monitor output is good. Running Cubase 12, Windows with Updated RME drivers.
Help would be greatly appreciated.
Maybe muted in RME Total Mix?
Or in the Control Room.
A screenshot of the Audio Connection settings and the Control Room might help.
Just tried to open Total Mix and it won’t open.

I guess that the RME driver is still selected as the functional ASIO one in the Audio System panel. Seems strange to me that you can’t open TotalMix, though, as it is normally available in the Windows Taskbar : I would try to reinstall everything RME related, if the case.
Beside this, which version of Cubase are you using (just in case the Control Room could be involved, as @Googly_Croft already suggested) ?
Could you post also a screenshot of the Studio > Audio Connections > Outputs panel and, if using the Pro version, the Studio > Audio Connections > Control Room one ?
Additional question : why two threads for the same issue ?
