Starting this morning, I’ve noticed that the HUB is no longer producing any sound. I haven’t made any changes to the system, and it’s only stopped working for project previews or when I’m testing the audio driver. I use the control room, and it worked perfectly fine yesterday! CUBASE 15 IS SO BUGGY!!!

What is the OS ? Are updates of any kind installed? Have you installed new hardware? Have you launched Cubase with some hardware disconnected ?
Context: Yesterday, I was thrilled to preview beats from the hub, but today, I’m not happy anymore. I haven’t made any updates or OS installations; my system is exactly the same as yesterday. The only changes I made were moving some projects from the main folder of beats to the 2025 archive and removing all those beats from the recent section of the hub. This morning, I noticed that the hub no longer has any sound. It works in safe mode, but I don’t want to reset my settings because I’ve spent a lot of time customizing them. Do you know if there is a way to delete preferences only for the hub? I am on MacOS

Thank you, but that didn’t work for me. I’ve always had the control room activated. I ended up deleting the preferences and copying back everything except the “defaults” file.
