Hi there,
I have no audio input in Cubase 12 . When I open audio connections, I can see, that audio device is not connected. When I click on ‘not connected’ it gives two options. Not cnnected or USB audio codec. When I click the latter, nothing happens. It stays on ‘nbot connected’.
I have:
macos bigsur 11.7.6
Cubase 12 Pro
Behringer usb mixer q 1002
No help in two weeks. Great. Is that the celebration of Steinberg?
I’m not a mac user so my advice may not get you far but to try and make a start - have you checked in the Mac’s audio midi setup that both ins and outs are showing up as usb audio codec?
Check your system privacy and security settings and make sure Cubase has microphone permission.
Yes, it does.
It does.
And selected as the default input?
Can you get any Apple program to register the input…like Facetime, Voice memo or whatever.
In that case, this isn’t a Cubase issue. Check with Behringer, but you might have to aggregate two input and output devices into one device before you can use it with a DAW.
