I’m sure the wonderful people here have handled this issue here before but so far I haven’t been able to find it. I’m running a trial of Dorico Pro 3.5 and it refuses to see any output devices. I have the Generic Low Latency ASIO Driver selected (it’s the only option) and Exclusive access turned off. it’s the latter causing the issue. When I disable the exclusive control of the ASIO driver all the output ports disappear. Even when it is enabled Dorico has no audio, and I setup NotePerformer correctly.

The easiest thing probably is to use the FlexASIO driver (GitHub - dechamps/FlexASIO: A flexible universal ASIO driver that uses the PortAudio sound I/O library. Supports WASAPI (shared and exclusive), KS, DirectSound and MME.). Try it out, it’s for free.
