Hi, does anyone know how to fix it?
I’ve purchased the full digital version through guitarcenter.
It doesn’t say that it needs the usb-elicenser.
If it is obligatory to use the usb-elicenser, i’ll have to demand the usb-elicenser from guitarcenter, since they didn’t actually say it.
Please, someone shed some light.
If you read the system requirements for Cubase 9 Pro at Steinberg.net (Cubase: Music Production Software | Steinberg) you can find the answer you seek. There is even a ‘how to’ video to guide you.

The answer is YES. Cubase Pro requires the dongle.
Demand away. They should have made sure you had one… but it’s Guitar Center.
