No DAC Code for Cubase 12

Hi,
I ordered Cubase 11 last year, during the grace period where I should have received a free upgrade to Cubase 12. I never received an DAC code for the upgrade.
Should this have been emailed out to me?

Did you activate it? It’s upon activation that the Grace Period update is done.
