So I grabbed a Mac Studio M2 and Sonoma OS and am using 13 Pro, everything appears to be working ok apart from the fact that in the arrangement window when I click a track it doesn’t become highlighted I can only tell it’s selected as the record arm dot
appears. It’s not the end of the world but is a bit off putting if trying to select a few tracks to put them in a folder. It still works you just don’t have confirmation that they are selected before dragging them in.
Also in 12 Pro it’s not possible to set punch in and punch out for some reason again I can work around that bug it’s a little disappointing that such a fundamental function is disabled…
Has anyone else had these specific issues…
Hi,
Double check the Preferences > User Interface > Track & MixConsole Channel Colors > Colorize Tracks and MixConsole Channels > Selection Brightness slider, please.
Thanks for your idea. My issue is in the arrange window rather than the mixing window but the mixing desk should also be highlighted in the same channel selected in the arrange window which I didn’t check which is a bit dumb of me. However I will have a look again with regard to your suggestion.
I did copy the same settings in terms of colours and brighnesses from 12 to 13 but it’s possible I missed something… I’ll see what happens…
Hi,
This setting applies for both the MixConsole and the Project window.
How right you were …
Thanks very much all working now, nice highlights…
it’s just not possible to know everything unless you are Mr Ondo…
