Hello. I have MIDI UMX610 and UR 44 Sound card. Audio input is Mono in : Yamaha Steinberg USB ASIO. Output is Stereo Out Yamaha Steinberg USB Asio UR44 Mix 1L & 1R. The same for Control room UR 44 Mix 2 L and also On. Studio setup, Midi port has detected MiDi Umx610. I’ve download EZ key and HaLion and also digital display on right-down shows swing and sway when I push MIDI keys. But no sound at all! Even if I use my own keyboard instead of midi again no sound comes through phones from UR 44 to headset to hear sound. My midi works fine in FL studio and I cam hear midi sound but no sound in Cubase. Does any one can help me?
The Control Room and the Stereo Out are different ports. Is the headphone port on the UR 44 assigned to one of those outs? I use a Focusrite that requires that assignment to be made in the interface software.
Could you make a screenshot of the following panels and post them here ?
- Studio > Audio Connections > Outputs
- Studio > Audio Connections > Control Room
Additionaly, it would help to see also one showing an instrument track using one of the involved VSTi, with the routing section unfolded.
Normally, when using the Control Room, the Stereo Out bus should be set as Not connected, to avoid any routing issue.
