We have just noticed that there aren’t any instruments/sounds when trying to create a new project. But when we go to Library manager, I can see that everything is installed for Groove, HALion Sonic 7 and Cubase/Nuendo. Also everything in Download Assistant under Cubase Elemenets 14 and HALion Sonic 7 is installed
Do you see them when you open the Media Bay?
Yes, I do.
What are you expecting to see? Are you creating from a template that has these, or is it a new empty project?
For Groove Agent I see them (Kits/Instruments/Samples) but when I select HALion Sonic 7 it’s empty. New empty project
And you can play the sounds from the Media Bay?
Can you post a screenshot of your Halion Sonic 7 window? Did you try hitting the Reset Filter button |<< in there?
Yes, I can play them from Media Bay. I have hit the Reset Filter button but I can see them for a split second and then they disappear.
