No Internet Connection Detected

I know this is an old topic but it still exists as a problem. Cubase 9.5LE and Windows 10.
I’ve added Cubase to the programs in my Windows Firewall and even tried copying the files C:\Program Files\eLicenser\Tools\ssleay32.dll and C:\Program Files\eLicenser\Tools\libeay32.dll into the same directory with the Cubase9.5.exe file. No luck. The Hub shows “connecting” for a brief while and then “No Internet Connection”.
