Hi. I bought in accident a wrong update of Dorico. I thought I have to upgrade from 3,5 to 5 and bought this specific install file. But in reality I already had upgraded my 3,5 to 4. Now, I can not upgrade, cause eLicenser says: “No licence to upgrade selectable” In SAM i see Dorico Pro 5, but it says “Verification Pending” So I’ve spend 50 euros more accidentally and cannot upgrade to version 5.

You will likely hear from @dspreadbury or another Team member in short order to help you through this. It is possible that Dorico 4 is a necessary way-station upgrading from 3.5 to 5.2, since that is the point at which Steinberg disables your old license and expects you to make further changes via the new Steinberg Activation Manager (SAM).
