Hi, I recently tried to upgrade from elements 11 to pro 11. Says I don’t have a licence. I’ve raised a ticket with customer service with no answer. Any suggestions?
You need to buy a license, at least.
Is it Steinberg Licensing or just elicenser based?
I have a Licence, I followed the link from the confirmation email and added the activation code. “No licence”
This question still stands.
Where do you add the activation code?
Steinberg licence, I tried to add the code via the Download assistant.
Is your previous version (Elements) already converted to Steinberg Licensing?
Is it present on the machine?
If not, you need to do that first. The Update checks if there is a license to update, and I think this is what is failing on your system.
