Just got the upgrade to 15, excited about it. But still no email with the code 30 minutes later. It did show up on the purchase page a little while, but is now gone before I had time to save it or activate. The money has been drawn in the bank.
Nothing on my account, nothing in my email, nothing in download assistant.
And yes, I used the right email and account. I have contacted support. I hope this resolves quick…
