No license for padshop? new download of elements 12 on macOS

So I just bought and downloaded Cubase elements 12 onto my macOS Monterey, but whenever I launch I am told that I have no valid license for Padshop Factory presets and Padshop 2. I deleted and reinstalled it but no luck, i also dont think i have any corrupt content floating around that is causing the problem. Does anyone know how i can troubleshoot for this and what my solutions are? Im not entirely sure which version of padshop i am entitled to with this license so maybe i am deleting too much or installing too much either way im not sure  any help is appreciated thank you!

Padshop only comes with Artist and Pro it looks like…
