No License found after Cubase 12 crash

Cubase has crashed and it resulted in licenses not being recognised.

Here are the steps to reproduce:

Load an instance of Grove Agent 5 SE load a kit, open another instance of Grove Agent try to move a sound from loaded kit onto a pad of the new instance of Grove Agent, than move it back to the original kit.

When this occurs, you can try killing the Steinberg License Engine using Windows’ task manager, or signing out then signing back into Windows.
