No License To Upgrade Selectable

Hello, guys!

I have upgraded my free copy of AI7 to Elements 8 in July. It was working fine at that time. Now after a clean reinstall of windows, I end up with that message: “No License To Upgrade Selectable”.
It appears that my soft elicense number is deactivated, it has that sign on it…

After the clean install of windows I directly installed Elements 8, if that matters…

So what am I doing wrong?

I forgot to mention that it’s another laptop, not the same that I installed in July… the old one had no C8 installed at all.

You will be better off contacting support with a licensing problem, they have the power to straighten you out.
