No license?

Purchased my 3.5 to 4.0 upgrade, and was able to download…

But apprently I have no license…

Steinberg account shows no Steinberg-licening based products, and if I attempt to redeem my access code it says “Something went wrong. Please contact your local support team and have the error-code “dre-417” ready.”

We’re aware of this and should have a fix very soon.

Please try re-entering your DAC now, and you should find the error message no longer appears.
