if I select a tied note and do shift-h popup and put a “,” I have nothing.
but in this case there was a g-clef. if I selected the clef and did popup-h “,”
I had a “,” in the next measure.
that I can drag into the end of the previous measure…
is this the way ? why wasn’t there a pause after the tied note ?
joakim
hm, perhaps it’s because my note is longer and start on the previous system… ?
and : you must tell me, what format of video do you use ? I have still not managed to upload a video here… tell me !
joakim
gif ! ok.
I can confirm that is it because it is on the previous system.
is this a buglet ? or is there a workaround ?
joakim
Oh, that’s interesting. If I add a system break before the second measure of the tied note, the comma disappears. This feels like it might be a bug, unless someone else has a good explanation.
I use LICEcap on Windows to record an animated GIF…so, not actually a video, but for something short it has the advantage that it plays automatically in the browser.
