No Playback on New Device, Using NotePerformer

Hello Doricans,
I just got a new laptop and am trying to transfer over. The download of both Dorico and NotePerfomer seemed to go swimmingly, but though things seem intstalled I just cannot get it to play. Any suggestions?

please load one of the demo projects or start a new piano project where you enter a handful of notes. Then, from Dorico’s meny choose Help > Create Diagnostics Report and post the corresponding zip file here. That should give me enough information to tell why you can’t get playback.

And one question: When you press play, does the green playhead cursor line advance?
