No preset shows up when VSTi is loaded

Hi when I load a VSTi and dorico at the top a menu as in the image below shows up. But it is empty.

In case of HSO, it shows two folders ( Multi and program), however, when I click on them they are both empty!

Can I have Dorico scan for presets as in Cubase?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Please choose ‘Edit > Preferences’, then the ‘VST Plug-ins’ tab and scroll all the way down. There is a button ‘Clear Audio Engine Cache’. Click that and restart Dorico. Does it get better?
If not, try the button ‘Reset Audio Engine Data’ and restart.

Thank you. Daniel also suggested this for another issue I had. I fixed both.
