No Properties in Panel in Engrave Mode for Tick Barlines (Final Measure in Flow)

I’m experiencing something odd (EDIT: unexpected, by me — out of ignorance ) in Pro Version 6.2.10.6140:

With a tick barline selected in Engrave Mode, the Properties Panel remains blank, so I can’t adjust the length of the ticks (selecting other objects does reveal properties, though). Am I simply forgetting to do something…?

You can’t adjust these properties for the very last barline in a flow. (It used to appear that you could, but we no longer incorrectly show the properties in this situation when the automatic barline at the end of the flow is selected.)
