No Punch In/Out Point unlock button in Elements 10.5

In Elements 9.5 it was possible to unlock the Punch In/Out point from the Locators, and place them somewhere else. Now I upgraded (yes, paid extra) to Elements 10.5.

It’s apparently no longer possible to unlock the Punch points (?!) in Elements 10.5. WTF

Can someone please please tell me this is not true, and that I somehow missed the unlock button? Because if it is true, that is some “upgrade” I did.

This was bug. The specification says, the function is not part of Cubase Elements. I’m sorry.
