I purchased cubas2 and cannot record audio on any channel. I purchased irigduo and I have audio there. I rig duo is recognized in cubas2 but will not record as no audio going into channel. Please call for support 1 226 227-3143

Did you use Cubasis 2 or Cubasis LE 2 (which requires to be unlocked via a supported hardware device first)?
Furthermore please provide me with more infos about your equipment in use (iPad model, iOS version).
