No reply from Steinberg

Dear Team,

I’ve sent an email to Steinberg Tech Support on the 8th of December with a couple of issues I’m facing, but I haven’t got any reply back. Also please note that I’ve tried to request support from the nearest dealer in my area before sending an email to Steinberg Tech Support and haven’t got any reply either.

It’s Christmas and holiday season and I’m afraid I won’t receive a reply before mid January or something. I’m “Cubaseless” and need to make some tracks for Christmas!
