No response from Steinberg US Support

I’m having some trouble with Cubase 13 and I can’t find any solutions on the Internet.

So I sent a support request to “steinbergussupport@yamaha.com” twelve days ago, but I haven’t received any response yet.

Where can I go for support?

You could post your problem description here in the forum, there are many very competent users that might have a solution.

Make sure you add enough details, like Operating System and release, as well as Cubase release (Pro, Elements, etc.) and what plugins you are using.

Yes, that’s right! There are many enthusiastic and capable users in the forum, and I am grateful for their help.

I have also posted a problem description on the forum, but unfortunately I haven’t received a solution for a long time, so I want to consult Steinberg’s support staff to get effective suggestions.

Ok, in that case you should stay in that thread and not open another one regarding the same issue.

Call them on the phone here in SoCal tomorrow. Phone number on the site. They open at 9am. Be in front of your computer. Be online. Know all your passwords etc.
