I submitted the signed agreement on July 25 and followed up on August 6, but have not yet received a response. Could a Steinberg representative confirm the correct submission address or procedure?

Just in case you haven’t recognized it, this is a user forum and not the Steinberg support. It might be possible that a Steinberg employee reads your post, but you should create a support ticket to get a real answer.
