No response to support tickets

I just bought Cubase 10 Pro and I was really excited to start learning it. But I’m currently waiting for some help from their support team regarding the sale.

Has anyone else been having issues with the Support Team? I created one ticket and an agent responded once, but after providing the information he requested, I have not heard back.

I created a second ticket and never heard back.

I tweeted at them and never heard back.

It’s been almost 2 months with no word from them. I thought I was finally going to be heard after 10 years of being a Logic user. But alas, I’m starting to give up hope.

This might not be a normal forum post, but I’m running out of options.
