No second instrument-name above part

Trumpet changes to flugelhorn here and there in my score.
It is accurately displayed in the specific bars in part. But there is no 2nd instrument name above the part.
So only ‘Trumpet’ and not 'Trumpet / Flugelhorn.
In Dorico Help it says to go automatically. What am I missing?

If you use the {@layoutname@} token in the Page Template, and, in Setup Mode, you (re)name the layout to ‘Trumpet / Flugelhorn’, you should see the correct name in the part. Also make sure the text frame containing the part (=layout) name is big enough, of course, otherwise some of it may be pushed out of sight.

I can’t remember having done this by hand in the past. I imported this with MusicXML, maybe that’s the reason that it doesn’t work automatically.
