I have been waiting for a response now from Steinberg for 23 Days and have not had as much as a courtesy email in the way of a response. If I am honest I am beginning to believe that there is something sinister going on here. On top of not having my question about not being able to playback midi files which I have now had to solve on my own. The midi tracks when recorded appear a solid grey so that you cannot see the outline of the midi notes. However, when i look at Youtube videos not one else seems to be having this issue. Has anyone else seen this issue? It is really quite frustrating not to be able to access basic services from Steinberg!
