Two projects, I think with the same font settings. But in the first there is a line between the chord and the bass note, and in the second there isn’t. What am I doing wrong?

you use very different font settings in your two projects for the chord symbols.
To reestablish the diagonal line, in the Ons Moeder project, deactivate the font override in the Chord Symbols Music Text Font Font Style, so that it uses the parent Petaluma Text font (instead of Finale Jazz):
