no sound at all

Hi,

I am loading songs initially made in Cubase SX using XP into Cubase 5 in Windows 7. 64bit. I am also using Reason through Rewire in Cubase 5.

The songs load up but i have no sound no matter what sound source I choose in Device Setup. I have tried changing the bus in VST connections too but no luck. Everything is showing as playing in the mixer.

What’s going on? Why no sound from any of the various I try?
I have many old songs that I need to load and hear in Cubase 5

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using a 64 bit version of Cubase 5?

Are you selecting your audio card device in Cubase 5 as the ASIO output source?

In your Arrange/Project Window, are you selecting the proper output?
