I’m on cubase pro 15, I connected my Yamaha Steinberg audio interface, my midi keyboard, I loaded a halion instrument, I play on midi keyboard but I don’t hear anything. It does sound if I click with the mouse on halion panel’s keyboard. The green bar on bottom right of cubase moves when I play the midi keyboard, but on halion panel the bar isn’t moving. it only moves when I play by clicking on the keyboard on halion panel. In Studio Setup - MIDI port setup I can see the midi keyboard as active both in and out. Can anyone help please?

On the left side of your project window you see the inspector window for your for Halion instrument. Make sure that the first entry under the header “Routing” is set to “All MIDI Inputs”. 
FYI: This is an old screenshot - it’s still the same principle at work.
