no sound comes from my Steinberg. and the USB white light doesn’t work anymore while the red peaks are working.
Could anyone help me with this please🤔

- which audio interface
you use?

Anyway, I meant screenshots from your Cubase audio settings, not from the interface.
Have you checked out the manual already on how to setup your system and audio?
Look at page 10 and following and page 22 and following.
Or do you mean that you cannot hear the Windows sounds anymore? In that case look at your last screenshot and select the entry “Speakers/Headphones (Realtek)”.

It’s about my CBU card.

I don’t see any Audio track in your project.
Even if I add an audio track, I still cannot record because my main problem is with my steinberg as it used to be working with the USB button turning on with light. now it’s just red in peaks channels.
I had this problem after I installed Cubase. but before that I was using Adobe audition in editing my tracks.
Reïnstalling the audio interface drivers has helped me a lot in the past. But I use a different brand of interface. Good luck.
It appears that the peak lights are both on which is not normal. So you must test the hardware to rule hardware failure. (it is impossible to interpret the photo of the unit due to the bad quality of the image you posted. )
do this:
- Unplug the microphone.
- unplug the USB cable.
- wait 15 seconds
- plug the USB cable back in.
- Post another photo of the front of the UR22c, but this time make certain that it’s clear and bright enough to see every detail.
No, the peaks are not on at the same time. Maybe It was while I was taking the photo It showed up like this.
