Hi, I have a strange problem in since I updated Dorico to 6.1. It can’t find Halion or Groove agent. I got message that it isn’t installed. It is installed and Cubase find everything, so why doesn’t Dorico?
Hi @Ronnie_M, the first step would be to upload a Diagnostic Report here. You can create it from menu Help > Create Diagnostic Report. This gives the Team clues for further advice and support.

Hi, thanks for reply. I did solve it.
I found in “Preferences” 2 buttons, “Clear Engine Cache” and “Reset Audio Engine Data”.
Clicked on these and restarted Dorico, and everythings ok.
