I have been a long time user of Cubase and loving it !
Since today, my older projects (even from yesterday) don’t have no sound.
If I create a new one, no pb.
Tried with other DAWs, everything’s fine.
Changed my usb sound card, same thing.
Checked everything I could and checked tutorials on Youtube.
What the hell is going on ?

Mac/Win? What’s your audio interface?
Screenshots of your Studio Setup and Audio Connections window, etc.
Have you ever had audio working on this computer with this interface? If yes, what changed?

All my projects were completely functional until this morning.
No change since yesterday.
I tested with another audio interface (Steinberg UR22) same thing.
If I create a new project everything works fine. But all ancient projects are silent.
New : If I activate the latency compensation, the sound is back, but all insert effects (plugins) are “off”…

k. Problem solved. I have an effect plugin (compressor) on master that lost its licence… I was in trial. It made the whole sound “off” and that’s why when I acivated the delay compensation, it worked, because it bypassed this effect…
So I bought it !!
