Other programs play on my laptop and the demo Dorico and old compositions that I wrote on Dorico work but nothing new plays at key input or playback - help please

Please create a new project from piano template, enter some arbitrary notes and then from the menu choose Help > Create Diagnostics Report. The corresponding zip file please post here. Thanks
