I am new, it is my first post, I will try to call tech support tomorrow, after 1 week of trying to do most simple thing: play and record acoustic guitar via THR10ii and Cubase AI 11, I am nowhere close to either of: playing anything in Cubase or record anything in Cubase, I have browsed internet and watched countless video’s on no sound, no playback, how to connect e.t.c my sound card THR, if I ping in PC settings I can hear it, via THR amp, also I can play loops but not in main window, ASIO THR10 is in input, output channels…I am at a loss. Please any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Eugene
